Animals will often seek out certain plants to assist their well being. Munching on grass may settle an upset stomach or promote vomiting. They may also seek out plants simply because they need the nutrients from fresh greens. Fresh plants have contain the nutrients of essential oils, but in much smaller quantities. When properly used, animals can benefit from the use of essential oils just as people do.
To learn more about using essential oils with animals listen to the following Animals and Young Living Essential Oils
This is our beloved Ruby. It depicts her love of life and forever spirit. Ruby’s favorite oil was lavender, often referred to as her “lab-ender”. Lavender brought Ruby comfort and calm during her last days with us on earth. I know it brought me peace and calm as well as we said our goodbyes for now. Using Young Living oils is a family affair, pets included.
Young Living has an extensive line of essential oils and supplements that can be used to help support your pet’s health. Below are the 9 oils found in the Everyday Oils Kit (click to read more about this kit) and ways they can be used with your pets.
